Landing Pages and Squeeze Pages share a number of similarities, but they have slightly different conversion goals.
Landing Pages can be used for a wide variety of marketing campaigns, from event registrations to new product introductions.
Squeeze Pages, on the other hand, are specifically designed to capture a website visitor’s contact information. A free download of some kind is typically offered in exchange for an email address. So a squeeze page has a narrow, streamlined, singular focus.
Landing Pages can often be quite long, with multiple sections, lots of copy, and plenty of room to provide proof of the value of the offering.
Squeeze Pages are often brief and straight to the point. The only choice a visitor needs to make is whether or not to provide their email address.
